Fred Couples, portrait - pencil on paper
Professional golf and holder of one of the most smooth swings on tour, Fred Couples came about as a birthday gift for one of his admirers. This is done from a reference found on the web and was completed freehand with some minor alterations after the initial sketch was scanned into the computer. Sometimes this is helpful when pulling together a sketch that is problematic when proportions feel slightly askew.

The drawing was finished with 2B and 6B pencils and measures approximately 10 inches by 14 inches.
