Pine Valley Golf Club, 10th hole - pencil on paper
One of the more reknown par threes around is the 10th at Pine Valley. In terms of scale, it is a shorter shot (most golfers aren't looking at much more than a 7-iron into the green), but the defense surrounding the green is formidable. Aside from the scrub and sand, the deep pit of a bunker guarding the front of the green looms large in a player's mind.

The hole may look familiar as it was the subject of a painting here as well.

The drawing was completed with 2B and 6B pencils and measures 9 inches by 6 inches.
