Lichens - color photography
When looking for subject matter, I tend to be attracted to imagery that show texture, age, and patterns that reveal a sense of being a part of nature. On a massive rock the growth of lichens made for a large canvas of texture. I chose to place a longer view with only a tiny fraction of the fungus in the scene in focus. The pattern makes up the imagery at the base of this site.
