Spring Flower - color photography
While hunting for some late afternoon photos in Pinehurst, NC, I stumbled upon a small bush that was in full bloom. The diagonal of the petals set against the foliage and sky in the distant background caught my attention, and thus this photograph. The sharp yellow/greens of the stamen just shout "It's springtime."
